[Fiware-tech-help] [WebUI] [XML3D] XML3D library is not accessible

Description:
The resource library at http://www.xml3d.org/xml3d/script/xml3d.js is give
a ‘403 Forbidden’ error when trying to load. This does not allow to define
the xml3d tag and work with local demos.

The error can be seen in the image xml3d_library_not_accessible.png.
