Description:
     Improvement, show date/time format and time units in Proton
development Web UI.
Tested GE(s):
     Proton CEP GE
Environment:
     Local

It would be helpful for the user of the Proton development Web UI to
include some hint or info about the date format for the "Time" column in
the "Absolute Time Initiators" and "Absolute Time Terminators" sections.
The format (dd/MM/yyyy-HH:mm:ss) is defined in the Proton's User guide, but
showing this info in the Web UI would be helpful.

Additionally the Time units for the following elements of the Temporal
Contexts should be shown in the Web UI:
-"Window duration" and "Sliding period" in the "Type - Sliding Time Window"
section
-"Repeating interval" column - "Absolute Time Initiators" section
-"Time" in "Relative Time Terminator" field.

Test setup:
Google Chrome
Proton CEP GE deployed in local machine (tomcat 7.0.26) using latest code
from [0].
