[Fiware-tech-help] CEP GE: Event Attributes section collapsed by default in EPAs-Derivation tab (Web Devel UI)

     Event Attributes section collapsed by default in EPAs-Derivation
tab (Web Devel UI)
Tested GE(s):
     Proton CEP GE
Environment:
    FIWARE Lab and Local

By default the "Event attributes" section is collapsed when opening the
EPAs>Derivation tab (see picture *_collapsed.png in attachement) unlike all
other sections of the Web development UI. This is a minor detail, but it
took me a while to discover this section. I suggest it to be expanded by
default like all other sections as shown in attached picture *_expanded.png.

Browser: Google Chrome 39.
Tested: in local CEP installation (from github repo) and in CEP
experimental Instance [0].
