[Fiware-tech-help] IBM CEP GE - viewing urls and making http requests externally

Hi tech support,

I have an IBM CEP GE set up, have created private keys and set up security
groups. TCP Ports 1-8080 are open on my assigned address. However, I am
unable to ping the url externally or view the urls specified in the CEP
documentation. My IP address is 130.206.127.16. I am able to successfully
connect to the instance using ssh in mingw, however I'm having difficulties
with Putty.
