The Download tab, in the enablers catalogue, for the Complex Event
Processing (CEP) - IBM Proactive Technology Online enabler
has no links. The page can be found in
http://catalogue.fiware.org/enablers/complex-event-processing-cep-ibm-proactive-technology-online
.
It is presented a description with "See the documentation for information
regarding interacting with this GE" without any links for the download.
Moreover, in the documentation of this GE there are also no links for the
download.

The links to the enabler can only be found in the Terms and Conditions Tab
(External availability section) on this GE catalogue page.
This is not intuitive, the download link to the enabler should be in the
downloads tab.
