[Fiware-tech-help] [Chp - IoT][IDAS] Missing command in mongodb install steps

There is a command missing from the steps used on the installation
guide to install mongodb.  The guide states the following commands:

  cp mongo-x86_64-2.0.2.tgz /home/mongodb
  tar xzf mongo-x86_64-2.0.2.tgz

There's a missing "cd /home/mongodb" command before executing the tar
command.  Without this command, the tgz will be extracted to the
current directory instead of the mongodb user home.
