[Fiware-tech-help] [Chp - IoT][IDAS] Do not use /etc/inittab to start scripts

There are several components on the installation guide that add lines
to /etc/inittab in order to start some services. This is not
recommended. It's better to use the system facilities to manage
services instead of adding lines to /etc/inittab. Also, if the OS
uses upstart instead of system-V, as later versions of CentOS do, they
will ignore the lines added to /etc/inittab.
