The installation guide on the Deploying with Capistrano section tells
the user to have an Ubuntu server with ruby and passenger installed.
This information is incomplete, as the server also needs to have the
dependencies noted on the previous section of the document in order to
run the application. Some of the dependencies, like the mysql server,
may also be on a different server.
