[Fiware-tech-help] question about pep proxy

Hello , my name is Luca Paolino.
I have a question about Pep Proxy. You say that pep proxy can be used for
accessing to web services but I did not understand how it work. If i
develop one service, i.e. multiply(x,y) , I have to load it into an
application server like tomcat and configure successively pepproxy, or
directly into pep proxy, or again I did not understand it all.
