[Fiware-tech-help] filab configuration problems

Hi,

We are facing some configuration problems in filab.

We had an instance up and running but we needed to open the default mongo
db port so we tried to update the security group without any luck.
Although here https://jira.fiware.org/browse/HELP-67 it is stated that
restart is not required, access to the 27017 mongo db port never worked.

We are in a situation where we deleted the old instance and we have
launched a new one, with the mongodb port activated in the security group.

Although the configuration seems to be ok we cannot ssh to the instance
(floating ip assigned to project, instance active, etc etc.).

Could you check if there is a problem on your end?

The floating ip we have is 193.205.211.123 in Trento.
