There’s no specific GE for meteorological information. However, real time data can be published and consumed from the Context Broker. Please, check this example (catalogued through the CKAN based open data portal):

Which refers to the following NGSI query:

http://orion.lab.fiware.org:1026/v1/contextEntities/MeteoLo
So far, this data (from the city of Logroño, Spain) is the only real time meteorological source available, but you can add your own.

It is also possible to store the information that is being produced as a historical database in the open data portal (CKAN).
