[Fiware-tech-help] PROTON CEP user interface

Dear Tech Support,

In our project we need to use PROTON CEP for sensor alerts.  I have already sent you before our most urgent problem (HELP-5285) but now we have new ones.
Our general problem that the user interface where the conditions can be set is not comfortable enough and we found some strange issue on it (too small and not flexible window on the form, some field are cannot be changed, delete function is not valid everywhere etc. - we hope these are initial "disesaes").

Now I send you the most important issues:


1.      If we change the condition in one event we have to restart tomcat/proton engine on the server. It is very uncomfortable to always use command line during the configuration work and do it after every change. Why not take effect immediately and automatically without using command line?

2.      The "Count" function gives the same result as "Sum". How can we use this aggregate function if we want to count simply the number of rows?  Can we also count non-numeric values?

3.      We could not find examples especially not for sensor related (iOT) alerts in the document.  It would be very useful for us the review some lifelike examples (both general description and details). Is there anywhere?
