registered application missing

Dear experts,

We had an application registered in the filab portal which we have been
using for keyrock authentication.

The application was registered as "HybridSuite".

I just noticed that it is missing from our account, although it was working
a couple of days ago.
Could you check if you deleted any data from your databases?
How should we proceed? should we register a new app?

The account name is mpthimios at hybridstat.gr the cloud project id
is deeb020fe5844e6ca42244260c395bac
