floating ip request

Dear all,

my FIWARE lab account has been authorized and now I'm able to deploy a VM,
unfortunately I’m unable to allocate a floating IP to my instance, and then
to connect to it,  because my Ip floating pool quota is 0.

I need at least 1 floating IP to perform the tests for the project.
