[Fiware-tech-help] Disconnected: No supported , authentication methods available (server sent: publickey)

Dear Sirs,

All of a sudden, our VPS started refusing our key when connecting
through ssh. We get the message: "Disconnected: No supported
authentication methods available (server sent: publickey). We are using
Putty, as we always did, with the same configuration using the .ppk file.

Connect to instance via VM terminal does not work either.

Please advise.

Server IPs:
192.168.216.60
130.206.120.168

Spain2 region.
