[Fiware-tech-help] Effectivity of assignment of security group to instance

My tenant-ID is
jhoechtl cloud

When I create  an instance and assign a security role, port 22 seems to 
get respected, however another port like 2376 seems to be disregarded. 
When I check for availability locally with

nc -zv 193.205.211.110 22
   works;

(193.205.211.110 is the ip address in question)

However
nc -zv 193.205.211.110 2376
   doesn't work.

When I ssh into the instance however, both calls to the port succeed, 
indicating, that both services are alive. This gives me the impression 
that the security rules changed for security group "default" and 
assigned during instance creation are not fully respected.
