[Fiware-tech-help] [FIWARE-JIRA] (HELP-6073) COSMOS BigData Analysis Write Permission

Hello,

I am unable to log in the global instance of Cosmos since my registry (which was at Sun Jun 26 2016 19:14:46 )

My cosmos username is "andres.umana", and doing ssh andres.umana at cosmos.lab.fiware.org <mailto:khi at cosmos.lab.fiware.org> and after typing my password, the password seems incorrect.
I have even tried to change the password in the Cosmos GUI ( https://cosmos.lab.fiware.org/profile <https://cosmos.lab.fiware.org/profile> ), but I cannot access.

Any help would be appreciated

Thanks in advance
