Dear Fiware Lab Help Team,

We are using some instances of cloud.lab.fiware.org for our project Eskesso. Today we have a very important demo, but our instances have lost its IP, so we can connect to them.

It’s very important for us to show the project, because we are in "Seeds and Chips 2016" Fair in Milan now. 

Can someone contact us as soon as posible to resolve this issue?
