[Fiware-tech-help] Impossible to connect to ssh

Hello,

We are not able to connect to ssh at our fiware VM :

MBP-di-Tiziano:aegidea tiziano$ ssh -i newkeypair.pem root at 130.206.115.69
ssh: connect to host 130.206.115.69 port 22: Operation timed out


and we cannot login at the cloud portal at https://cloud.lab.fiware.org/auth/login/

how we can solve?
