[Fiware-tech-help] NGSI source - FIWARE

To whom may it concern,

my name is Pedro, I'm treating to learn to use WIRECLOUD.

I've replicated the tutorial available here: https://wirecloud.readthedocs.io/en/latest/user_guide/

The problem is that the NGSI source shows an error related to the NGSI proxy:

Error connecting with the NGSI Proxy: Connection Error

According to this link https://jira.fiware.org/browse/HELP-1920 (and other) it could be because the ngsi-proxy service is down. Is that possible?
