The access to your virtual machines should be resolved. Please let us know if you still have problems to access to them. Please provide us details about them (instance id, user account and region in which you have those virtual macnines).
Regarding the account service, we are still working to resolve the issue with this global instance.

We're facing connection problems when trying to access the machines via SSH, and also we can´t open the frontend through the browser. We can't even access https://account.lab.fiware.org/sign_up/ to see the status of the machines. Can you tell us if you are in some kind of maintenance mode or have some network issues?
