[Fiware-tech-help] Can't start instance on https://cloud.lab.fiware.org/

Hi all,

I have created a free membership account and I am trying to start a VM upon it but I can't create a Volume instance and when I tried to start a VM it returns this error:

Error: You are not allowed to avvia istanza VM2

I suppose that the problem is related to the absence of a Volume instance but I can't find any help on StackOverflow.

I drop an email yesterday to the lab list but I don't receive an answer.

Can you help me about it to better understand where is the problem please?
