[Fiware-tech-help] Problem when running FIWARE tutorials.Media-Streams

 Dear FIWARE team,

I am reaching out to you as I try to run Kurento examples included in github
tutorials

I create and start the services
<https://github.com/FIWARE/tutorials.Media-Streams/blob/1ebb0c7085bfd8b1df297c75ed54bc763e0d79a1/services>
(./services create, ./services start). These two commands pull the KMS and
kurento client images and launch them in two different containers.

I do docker ps and I take the following:

I also do:

curl -iX GET \
  http://localhost:8888

and take:

Although Kurento Media Server is up and running, neither the *hello world*,
nor the *magic mirror *(after running ./examples magic-mirror) tutorials
run. On the contrary, the service gets stuck when trying to establish an
Sdp connection:

I suspect that it has something to do with the network connectivity, as I
run the tutorials inside a VPN (but VPN firewall is disabled: I run *sudo
ufw status *and I get *Status: inactive*).

I run both containers on a Virtual Machine in a remote network, but I open
the *https://{my-vm-ip}:8443*, in my local network. Nonetheless, both
networks are connected through a VPN.

Should I edit the KMS configuration files inside the Docker containers that
are launched when running *services*
<https://github.com/FIWARE/tutorials.Media-Streams/blob/1ebb0c7085bfd8b1df297c75ed54bc763e0d79a1/services>*,
*with regards to the STUN and TURN servers or are the *FIWARE
tutorials.Media-Streams* supposed to run out-of-the-box?
