[Fiware-technical-committee] Agenda item for TC meeting today: Evaluations for the current incubation period?

Dear Juanjo,

Would it be possible to add this to the agenda for today's TC meeting? We need a clarification on this matter sooner rather than later.

Unfortunately, I can only stay in the call till 12 CET today, so would it be possible to have this topic earlier in the call? i.e. not at the end?

Dear Juanjo, Stefano and TC members,

I was planning to raise the topic below in the TC call today, but we ran out of time due to other agenda topics. Since we may not have everyone in the next TC call due to holidays, I will try to start this discussion through the mailing list.

As a summary, we would like to follow up on the evaluations for the current incubation period. According to the governance model, there should be evaluations carried out for the incubated GEs every three months. Has this already been started? Please see my question below on March 16 for more details..

Dear TC members,

According to the FIWARE Governance model, evaluations are carried out every three months by the TC to assess whether incubated GEs can become full GEs:

I would like to check if such an evaluation has already been carried out in this current incubation period. Specifically, I am wondering what steps we need to follow in order to transition the AEON Cloud Messaging GE into a full GE.
