[Fiware-technical-committee] Chapter Architect for WebUI: Torsten Spieldenner

Hi,

In our weekly WebUI call today, the chapter has selected Torsten
Spieldenner (also from DFKI) as the chapter architect for WebUI and thus
second member in the TC.

I think most of you know Torsten, as he has covered for me a few times
already. Also he has been managing the day-to-day aspects of WebUI for
some time now and is the owner of the Synchronization GE (and until
recently our core XML3D GE).
