[Fiware-technical-committee] FIWARE Open Community Kick-off

Dear Juanjo,

actually the governance model does not say anything about karma of tc
members. So if we want this we need first to agree on having karma for tc
members. I'm i do not disagree, but this needs to be established, defined,
made public, and made trasparent.

The same must be done for the ges and the incubated ges. This is foreseen
in the governance, but not yet defined.

Besides, we need to make public the Way people can submit new ges. This is
really urgent as continuously i, but i'm sure you too, receive requests on
the matter.

I suggest to update the meeting agenda accordingly.

I confirm alfonso to be the second representative for the fiware lab
mission critical chapter.
