[Fiware-technical-committee] Mechanism for reception of proposals for new Incubated GEs/GEris

I won't be available to join the call today. Are there any topics that 
will be proposed for discussion/voting? 
I would expect such topics to be declared at least 1 work-day in advance, 
to let people react and prepare (I think we have a similar rule in the 
project CA -- don't remember regarding TC governance).
