perhaps the invitation email is not completely clear, but the governance it
is, i mean chapter representatives in the tsc are the leader and his/her
deputy.

By the way, do we have any issue having the same person as a leader of

in the governance we did not specify this point by intention as indeed it
may happen that a person may represent in the tsc more then a chapter. in
this case it is correct he/she has as many votes as many chapter he/she
represents. if not the balance towards the individual class representatives
(jusr remembreing individual representatives are 1/3 of the chapters
representatives) is not kept.
