Hi all,

I would like to announce my candidacy for the FIWARE TSC as leader for
the WebUI chapter.

I have had this role since it was introduced and I am also one of the
co-chairs of the TSC at the moment (with Juano and Stefano). Before that
I have been in the FI-PPP Architecture Board since the FI-PPP program
started (as representative of FIcontent) and have been driving the
initiative that lead to the OpenCall that introduced WebUI to FIWARE
(actually based on SE definitions that we originally started in FIcontent).

Together with Torsten Spieldenner I have been leading the WebUI chapter,
managing the agile processes, and managing the interests of the
different partners quite successfully, I think. I would be ready and
happy to continue this job also in the future.

Several of the GEs in this chapter originate in research that was
originally done in my research group at DFKI. We are committed in
enhancing these GEs and possible even adding new ones as part of the new
Open Source community. I also would like to enhance collaboration
between chapters, such as with the recent addition to our
Synchronization GE that now speaks NGSIv2 already to the Context Broker.

Best,

	Philipp
