[Fiware-technical-committee] Proxy for TSC and Coordination meetings next week

Hi,

Similarly, I will be traveling a lot in the US in the next weeks and
also add some vacation. While I might be able to joint in between, I
will miss many. However, I will read email, but probably not as frequently.

I give my proxy to Torsten by default for the cases where I will not be
able to join.
