[Fiware-technical-committee] Code of conduct draft form / Census

So, essentially anyone can sign it on behalf of anyone else? How do we 
envision to verify authenticity of the signature? Or even avoid mistakes..

Dear all,

As per my actions, I have set up a simple form for signing the Code of 
Conduct.

Please let me know. Security of the form can be enhanced by providing a 
unique code,  to be added to the form data, to each active contributor,. 
That can be done if necessary. 

I?ve been preparing the census to be used together with the voting tool, 
once the ack process is finished I will share it.
