[Fiware-technical-committee] Call for candidatures to FIWARE Technical Steering Committee (TSC)

One more question. The announcement email states:

Technical Chapter and/or as Individual Member

Is it indeed "and/or", meaning that a person can nominate for both kinds 
of seats? I think it could makes sense, but we need to have a clear 
understanding on how exactly this will work (there might be somewhat 
nontrivial 'corner cases' in the algorithm).

  As explained: I'm favour of creating the -dev list, but it will be ready 
once we have the census of CACs.
  In the meantime, I suggest using the fiware general mailing list because 
it won't include too many other people.
