[Fiware-technical-committee] Update on creation of FIWARE Foundation and nominations for chairman and vice-chairman positions

Hi all,

  I’m glad to tell you that things are progressing well and the FIWARE Foundation is planned to be officially registered this Tuesday.

  My suggestion is that we then consider adding the incorporation of representatives of the FIWARE Founder organisations in the TSC following the Bylaws of the FIWARE Foundation prior to election of the chairman.   Besides, this would allow incorporation of some other people as individual representatives.

  In order to give enough time for representatives of FIWARE Foundation members to be designated and individual representatives to join prior to election of the chairman, I would suggest the following tentative calendar:

  *   Deadline for sending candidatures to chairman and vice-chairman positions (two positions): September 24th.
  *   Voting for chairman and vice-chairmans: September 26th at the TSC confcall.

  I would recommend that you address this topic at the TSC confcall.   Any comments or suggestions are welcome.
