[Fiware-technical-committee] TSC: Tracker for incubated GEi/GEri applications

dear manuel,

very good work!
one issue and few questions:

the issue is that the text below the field GEi/GEri installation guidelines
says:
"Link to web/wiki page containing such specifications or an attached
document."

instead i think should be
"Link to web/wiki page containing the guidelines or an attached document."

few questions now:
1. why the title of the form is "Create Issue", can it be modified to
something like "Create Incubated GE Application"?

2. why in the title bar it is possible to "Configure the filds"? i think
they all must be left to avoid confusion and simply check for completeness
and correctness

3. why in the top panel the field "Project" can be changed? again to avoid
confusion it should fixed to correctly be "TSC - Incubated GEI Application".
