Thanks, best ----------------------------------------- REMINDER re 19.07.2017 H2020 Projects "Workshop on Cross-Cutting Context Information Management" Registrations 08:30-09:30, Sessions 09:30 - 17:00 The day will be dedicated to presentations from H2020 projects for IoT and SmartCity, Aim: Discuss the existing or being-developed technical solutions for solving some open issues within ETSI ISG CIM (see below), and facilitate contributions into ETSI specifications H2020 participation is limited in number to 10, requires confirmed registration, is free of charge and is open to H2020 project delegates contributing material approved by their project and considered relevant to the workshop themes. Call for contributions particularly on the following five open issues: 1. Requirements for exchange of cross-cutting context information, to be fit for purpose in Smart Cities, Smart Agriculture and Smart Industry use cases (particularly scalability, extensibility, data privacy, security, inclusiveness, openness 2. How to ensure ISG CIM API is flexible to cope with all desirable types of (meta)data 3. Requirements for ISG CIM API to express the important kinds of queries for heterogeneous databases of context information for cross-cutting domains 4. Managing the identifier(s) for entities and referencing them in API queries, even across legacy databases 5. Ensuring privacy protection (fine-grained access control, encryption) on specific (meta)data, efficiently! Guidance for presentations from H2020 projects • All material must be approved by the originating H2020 project for public discussion • Inputs will be emailed to ETSI ISG CIM members marked "confidential", prior to the meeting • Submissions deadline is 12th July or earlier if places are filled. Subsequent events may be scheduled if this event is oversubscribed • Presentations are requested as powerpoint or pdf, 18-point fonts or larger.
