Dear Juanjo, all,
  following my AP reviewed during the TSC call this morning I send you the
summary of the 3 actions that I propose in order to close the issue related
to the publication of training courses produced by third parties.

any comment is welcome and as soon as you give me the green light, I
proceed with the implementation.


1) Rename the current category "FIWARE Developers"  to "Third Parties"

2) Add the disclaimer at the beginning of the "Third Parties" category page
that is accessible from the icon reported in the image here below

Disclaimer:
*"The training courses (and related content) that are published or linked
under the section "Third Parties" are NOT produced by FIWARE Generic
Enablers owners nor by the FIWARE Foundation. The content of these courses
is not validated by the FIWARE Technical Steering Committee that is not
responsible in case of incompleteness, inaccurate, wrong or misleading
information contained there."*

3) Move the courses produced by FI-STAR (that following the disclaimer is a
third party) into the "Third Parties" category.
