[Fiware-technical-committee] Presenting OpenMTC candidature as FIWARE Incubated GE to the FIWARE TSC

Dear Florian,

   Apologies for not coming to you earlier ... you don't know how much 
busy these dates!

   I'm pleased to inform you that the motion to accept OpenMTC as FIWARE 
Incubated GE passed with no objections.

   Congratulations!

   We will soon contact you about next steps regarding how to onboard 
OpenMTC.   I would suggest that you schedule some meeting with José 
Manuel Cantera and Davide Dalle Carbonare while at the FIWARE Tech 
Summit so that they can brief you regarding FIWARE Developers' 
Guidelines (José Manuel) and incorporation to the FIWARE Catalogue 
(Davide Dalle Carbonare) to start with.

   @Jose Manuel: bear in mind that you will have to attend meetings with 
IMPACT-Growth startups on Tuesday after lunch as well as the sessions 
with startups applying to the 2nd call of IMPACT Growth on Wednesday 
after lunch ... probably also some IoF2020 meeting ...
