[Fiware-technical-committee] URGENT: new geri proposals

dear juanjo and all,

we received two proposals for new geris: one from fraunhofer fokus and onew
from nec.

due to the fact we are going to have very soon our tech summit where
eventually related announcements and sessions can organised, i think we
shall a dedicated slot in the very next tsc meerting (this monday) about
those proposals.

if you agree, i can forward you the proposals for you all to study them and
invite representatives of fraunhofer and nec to talk about their proposals.
