[Fiware-technical-committee] Focus of TSC today

Dear all,

   Some of the people leading some of the workstreams driving the 
technical roadmap have told me that they were not available today.

   Therefore, I would like to focus our time slot to preparation of the 
agenda of the developers' track for the next FIWARE Summit.

   Of course, all TSC members are welcome to participate in such 
discussion.   Particularly I would need that Clara and Fernando at least 
join, otherwise we should cancel and try to find another timeslot this 
week (José Manuel and Federico are not available today as far as I 
understand).

   @Gilles: please send us a report on where we are regarding the IoT 
Chapter Architecture specs on the wiki.
