[Fiware-technical-committee] Status of COSMOS instance

Dear Joaquín, Álvaro,

We have been one month without service in COSMOS. Some of the startups have decided to move to a commercial solution due to we have not offered a good support and maintenance service at all (direct message that I have received from them).

It would be really helpful if you could let us know by next week the plan to recover the service, because otherwise we should recommend to move to other solution.
