Hi Stefan,

You are right, members of TSC should be also individual members of Fiware
Foundation.

But we don't have a clear rule for electing chapter representatives. At the
moment, we accepted all active contributors to participate in elections of
chapter representatives. But I believe they should become individual
members of FF, at latest when they are elected.

We can discuss this topic in more detail in the next TSC.
