Dear Jason,
  if I get it right from the minutes document (last TSC telco), you are "dealing with Agenda shaping" for the Summit ... I suppose this includes the agenda for the roadmap meeting in Genoa, the 23rd.

Can you kindly anticipate at least the begin-end times ... this is key for booking the trip.
