[Fiware-technical-committee] Census of FIWARE Chapter Active Contributors

Dear FIWARE GE contacts,

   We will be carrying out the yearly elections for renewing seats at 
the FIWARE Technical Steering Committee and, for that purpose, we need 
to update the census of FIWARE Chapter Active Contributors.   As you 
know, FIWARE Chapter Active Contributors are the only ones entitled to 
elect candidates for the FIWARE Technical Steering Committee.

   We would like to gather this census of FIWARE Chapter Active 
Contributors in the following shared googled spreadsheet 
<https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1xlCLZ2CwtTG6l59S8d7E8gqXOcZqmLSRDdVSxjRTy2U/edit?usp=sharing>.  
We need to get this complete before May 8th so we need your 
collaboration as major contact point of each of the FIWARE GEs.

   Only contributors to FIWARE GEs will be entitled to vote. However, we 
would like to perform this exercise also for contributors to Incubated 
FIWARE GEs.  This will be helpful to gather all relevant contacts 
regarding FIWARE GEs and Incubated GEs for communication purposes.

   Please add info about pending active contributors.   We know there 
are several that are missing, as it can be determined just taking a look 
to the list of contributors to the different repos on GitHub.   However, 
we prefer that you complete the exercise.

   It would be great that you designate at least 2 top contributors per 
each of the FIWARE/Incubated GEs.   They should be able to assess 
contributions to the GEs in case of any doubt.
