[Fiware-technical-committee] qa ges survey form

Dear Stefano,

   Thanks for this.

   We have decided at TSC that We will give this week to allow people to 
perform a revision of the survey and provide comments. Then, in the next 
TSC, if finally approved, it will be circulated to FIWARE GE owners.
