[Fiware-technical-committee] Scorpio as Incubated FIWARE GE

Dear Juanjo and FIWARE TSC members,

As announced earlier, NEC has open-sourced its Scorpio NGSI-LD Broker. We are now ready to
propose Scorpio to become an Incubated FIWARE GE. We have run the attached checklist by Jason and
think we are (almost) complete fulfilling the requirements.

Thus we would like to ask the TSC to accept Scorpio as an Incubated GE in the Core chapter.
So please allocate a slot during the TSC meeting on Monday, in which we can ask for this approval.
