[Fiware-technical-committee] Cancel of TSC today

Dear all,

   Naveatec will not be able to report on status of Kurento/OpenVidu at 
the TSC today due to the public holidays in Spain.  They have proposed 
to make it for the next TSC.   Today and tomorrow are public holidays in 
Spain, tomorrow also in Italy.

   I have been discussing the topic with NEC who believes then it would 
be preferable to move the presentation on Fogflow to next TSC as well.

   Consequently, we will cancel the TSC of today.

   Next TSC, planned for December 14th, we will cover Kurento/Openvidu, 
Perseo, FogFlow and Wirecloud.
