Dear all,

You are receiving this second mail regarding the FIWARE Technical
Steering Committee (TSC) elections because you were registered as FIWARE
Chapter Active Contributor or point of contact regarding a given FIWARE
Generic Enabler (Incubated or not).  Members of the FIWARE TSC are also
in copy.   Elections of FIWARE TSC members is described in the FIWARE
bylaws <https://www.fiware.org/foundation/bylaws/>.

As current chairman of the FIWARE TSC, I would like to report on the
status of the elections so far and also invite you to participate in the
elections of "remarkable individual" seats.

The first step in the election process has been completed with the
election of representatives of the several FIWARE Chapters. Results of
that election can be found in the table below.

Now we will run the elections for up to 9 additional seats
corresponding to "remarkable individuals".   This will take place in two
steps:

    1. Reception of Candidatures:

o If you wish to candidate for a seat, please add your candidature
        to the following table
        <https://docs.google.com/document/d/1rBMJM8muHzkcE7CEYhZPd_9fD9Do8q3MFXcEH3rjOPA/edit?usp=sharing>.
As you will see, there is a space for you to provide a pitch.
o Deadline for reception of candidatures: Monday June 22nd, 14:00 CET

    2. Election among candidates:

o A process will be put in place for you to cast your vote which
will be communicated on June 22nd
o Deadline for voting: Sunday June 28th, EOD CET

Before you candidate: bear in mind that the FIWARE TSC meets every
monday from 10:30 to 12:30 CET.   We expect members to join regularly
and participate actively in the discussions.  Besides, you are expected
to participate as individual and see for the interest of FIWARE and the
FIWARE Community, not representing the interest of your organization.
You are also expected to be individual FIWARE Foundation member and, as
such, be committed to follow the FIWARE Code of Conduct
<https://www.fiware.org/foundation/code-of-conduct/> (note that you may
run as candidate even if you are not yet individual member but you have
to become to make your election valid).

We look for your active participation in this important process.

   Cheers,
