[Fiware-technical-committee] Request to promote Scorpio Broker to FULL FIWARE GE

Dear FIWARE TSC Members,

NEC has worked hard on completing the Scorpio Broker implementation based on the NGSI-LD v1.2.1 specification
from ETSI ISG CIM and  also on fulfilling the FIWARE requirements for FULL GEs.

We believe that we are ready now and thus ask the FIWARE TSC to approve the promotion of Scorpio to FULL GE.

During the FIWARE TSC on Monday September 7th, it is anyway my turn to present a status update on Scorpio,
so you will get the overview you need to then make up your mind. Ideally we would like to see Scorpio
as a FULL GE in the upcoming FIWARE release.
