[Fiware-technical-committee] 2 officially approved Grafana Plugins

Dear TSC members,
In the context of MARTEL activities with our customers, we developed two
Grafana plugins.

1. The first plugin adds icons support to Grafana Stats panel:
https://grafana.com/grafana/plugins/orchestracities-iconstat-panel/

2. The second plugin adds several functionalities (geojson support, icons,
...)
to Grafana Geomap panel:
https://grafana.com/grafana/plugins/orchestracities-map-panel/

We have been using them in the context of Smart City analytics on top of QL
populated CrateDB and TimescaleDB.
