[Fiware-technical-committee] Change regarding topic of next two FIWARE TSCs

Dear all,

   UPM and EGM who are preparing the session on AI/ML roadmap activities 
require more time and propose to run it on March 6th.

   We will implement a swap so that next TSC planned this coming Monday 
February 17th will then be focused on Smart Data Models.

   Apologies for the inconveniences this may cause.
